Terms and Conditions

Please check your order carefully before making payment. Any errors or missing items must be reported to Think Party within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Personalised Items will only be replaced or refunded if the error is on the part of Think Party Limited. The agreement is between Think Party Limited and the customer.

This agreement begins at the time the customers order is completed. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change and include VAT at the current rate. Should a pricing error arise we will contact you through email/ telephone to advise and discuss.

Think Party Limited would request a current contact number to avoid any delay in dispatching your order should we encounter any problems.

Delivery charges are added at time of payment. Should items become unavailable Think Party Limited will contact the customer and offer an alternative or refund the item. Please be aware that as Think Party Limited also has a walk in retail store, on occasion some products may become unavailable.

Think Party will deliver to the address given and aim to dispatch within 1 working day (Personalised Goods may take up to 3 days for dispatch) Please feel free to contact us at any time for advice and to discuss your requirements before making a purchase.

Please be aware that as we have a retail store we may not be able to answer your call immediatly, please leave us a message and contact number and we will return your call.
